Rob is a Litigation Partner with Broderick & Partners LLP, with an emphasis on personal injury, insurance law and estate litigation. He has also developed an expertise in libel and slander law, representing his own clients and advising other lawyers in the conduct of their cases. He earned degrees from several colleges and universities along the way, including a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Laws from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
Rob has practiced law since his call to the Ontario Bar in 1994 with compassion and an unwavering dedication to his clients’ needs. He brings this same compassion and dedication to his charitable endeavours, and is most proud to have been nominated as Volunteer of the Year for the great City of St. Catharines for his efforts on behalf of the Brain Injury Association of Niagara.
Rob devotes much of his free time to listening to heavy metal music, camping, and giving back to his community.

Marc was raised in the Niagara Region. He is a graduate of Brock University in Political Science (B.A. Honours) and the University of Ottawa (LL.B. Cum Laude). He was called to the Bar in 2003 and is a Member of the Canadian Bar Association.
Marc has been active in the community and his recent involvements include coaching youth basketball and soccer as well as being a member of the Government Affairs Committee of the Chamber of Commerce in the City of Niagara Falls.
His areas of practice include employment law, real estate, corporate and commercial law and general litigation.

George obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario at London in 1973 and his Bachelor of Law from the University of Toronto in 1976. He was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1978 and has practised law in the City of Niagara Falls, Ontario since that time.
George’s focus is in the area of general family practice. This includes divorce, separation, custody and access, division of property and related matters. Associated with this family practice are services in the areas of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Estates, residential real estate and civil litigation.
Within the community George has served as President of the Niagara Falls Family Y.M.C.A., is a Past President of the Niagara Falls Bar Association and was a member of the Area Committee for Legal Aid for 25 years.

John B. Hopkins is a native of Niagara Falls, and attended local elementary and secondary schools here. He is a graduate of Queen’s University (B.A. Honours) and the University of Toronto (LL.B.). He was called to the bar in 1971 and has been engaged in the general practice of law in Niagara Falls ever since.
His community involvements include serving as a Director of the Y.M.C.A. He was a member of the fundraising team for the Niagara Falls Community Centre, and is a member of Rotary International, which is an international service organization where people unite and take action to create lasting change across communities and the globe. John has also volunteered with the Niagara Falls Hospital Foundation and the Niagara Health Service Regional Foundation. John is a member of the Welland County Law Association and the Canadian Bar Association. He is an avid traveller, often exploring off the beaten track, who enjoys the outdoors and spending time at the family cottage.

Juan graduated with First Class Standing from Brock University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Honours). While in his Senior year at Brock University, Juan completed an internship at a reputable law firm in St. Catharines.
Juan obtained his Juris Doctor in 2020 from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University. Before graduating from law school, Juan worked as a law student at Broderick & Partners LLP and at the Niagara Crown Attorney’s office.
After his call to the Bar in 2020, Juan returned to Broderick & Partners LLP as an associate lawyer.
Juan is fluent in Spanish for those in need of that service.
When not in the office, Juan enjoys working-out, hiking, playing soccer and watching movies.

Born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Adam graduated from Lakehead University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Pre-Law) and then went on to receive his Bachelor of Law from the University of Leicester in 2017. Prior to finishing law school, Adam gained invaluable experience in the health care field working as a paramedic. His rounded education and life experiences bring a rare expertise that he utilizes for his clients.
Prior to serving the Niagara region, Adam practiced within the greater Toronto area representing clients for real estate, commercial, and family law matters. His practice now includes corporate, wills & estates, and general litigation.
When he is not practicing law, he enjoys participating in social events for his community, spending time with his family, and curling.

Ken grew up in Toronto, went to law school at the University of Ottawa, and following graduation, moved to Niagara with his spouse Ginny to practice law in 1971. They have two children one of whom has followed in his father’s footsteps and practices law in California, as well as three wonderful grandchildren.
He has specialized in Commercial and Family law Litigation for much of his career. However, for the last eight years he has carried on a general solicitor’s practice including Wills and Estates as well as residential and commercial real estate.
Over the years, Ken has been active in the community, having been a director on various community boards including both the St. Catharines and Niagara-on-the-Lake museums, Brock University, Family & Children’s Services, and VQA Ontario, a Provincial DAA which he helped found in 1988 and administer as a board member and President/ Chair until 2024.
He has also chaired various Municipal committees in Niagara-on-the-Lake including the Heritage Committee and the Waste Management Committee.
